On our breakfast buffet, you will find everything for a delicious and healthy start to the day. Whether hearty or sweet, classic or vegan, we serve up a breakfast every morning that will get you going... Eggs, dairy, and cheese products we get from Grimkes organic farm store here with us in Sittensen. Bread and rolls we bake ourselves. Since recently we have our baker Friederike on board - we are immensely happy! Spreads and jams we also produce ourselves, ham and sausage come from the Italian assortment of our restaurant Angelini. Everything else comes fresh, if possible organic, and from nearby.

Attached to the hotel is the Italian restaurant Angelini. The daily cooking and baking here is done with love.
